Last night’s matches were great. Went with Goias/Fluminense and Inter/Sao Paulo and neither disappointed.
Couple of big matches Sunday with Palmeiras/Inter at 3pm followed by Atletico MG/Corinthians at 5pm

Believe @Ra likened it most to Italy’s Serie A. The more I watch, the more I agree.

Funny, just over a decade ago couldn’t care less about most club soccer except for later UCL rounds. Now I’m following leagues in Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, England, and France to varying degrees. At the same time lost complete interest in MLB, NBA, NCAA sports, and NFL is waning. If someone had said that to me in 2010 would’ve have bet my life against it happening.

Thank God for the Brasileirao to bridge the gap to August. When that time comes, might actually stick with it for the evening matches (if not burnt out on soccer) or a replacement for any dull afternoon Euro matches.
Taking a shine mostly to Fluminense (title contender at the moment) and Fortaleza (last place!).
Jhon Arias on Fluminense impresses me every time, always a making a positive impact. The same way a young Pjanic for Roma or Mertens (before he became a false 9) for Napoli were always noticeable for the right reasons. Maybe not a goal scorer, but vital to the attack.

I agree. That has always been my strategy. The good thing is that there is always a match to watch. Between Brasileirao Serie A, B, Libertadores and Cup, there are matches in 90% of the days. I also like the camera work they do with Brasileirao. Some nice angles.
This tournament is a whacky race. If you check the table today, the teams are pretty close. Two weeks from now, it will look very different. And 20% of teams get relegated!
Just with Paramount, I can get my soccer fix. UCL, Serie A, Brasileirao. I hope they get Libertadores, too. My only must-have.
I end up getting ESPN+ also when there is Bundesliga. I really enjoy it, too.

Watching Avai v Palmeiras on Paramount. It’s really entertaining: some exciting skills, some comical refereeing and a fair amount of s..thousery. Only problem, the clown announcer is beyond horrendous. After the first goal went in, I had to keep one hand on the remote in anticipation of the assault on my eardrums with each successive one.

PrendeTV will show the Corinthians, Palmeiras, and Flamengo matches this weekend. Seems like it’ll be 2-3 matches per round.

So Univision on their Copa America matches are now advertising that they may have some South American leagues on PrendeTv starting on July 17 including the Brazilian and Argentine ones. Is there any details on this at this time?

The Brasilieirao is also available in Portuguese through Sling WorldSports along with BeIn Sports for $10/mo or $5/mo in the annual subscription (I had to contact their customer service to get this package).
All Brasileirao and Brazilian cup matches are available through their 8 channel feeds from Premiere. Same commentators that air in PPV in Brazil. 50hr DVR is included as well.

The Brasileirao Pack is actually rolled into the basic plan now. At least in the US.
