Where to watch La Liga on US TV
Under a new agreement, beIN SPORTS no longer has the U.S. rights to the Spanish LaLiga. As of 2021, ESPN+ has acquired the U.S. rights to Spain’s LaLiga through 2028-29 in a comprehensive long-term media deal that positions ESPN+ as the number one dedicated sports streaming service. Select matches will air across ESPN networks each season, but 100% of the matches will be available exclusively via ESPN+.

Games will be shown in English and Spanish on ESPN+ with a very select number of games expected to be televised too. Even the televised games will be stream live on ESPN+ too.
Combined with the well run and very attractive to watch Bundesliga, ESPN has two of the cornerstones of European club soccer. While ESPN has picked up a plethora of rights in the last two years from Scotland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and many other countries, the acquisition of Spain’s LaLiga rights is a major coup for the broadcaster particularly because the league and beIN SPORTS had been locked into an exclusive rights deal through 2024.
Latest Schedule

On a typical weekend, the Real Madrid and Barcelona games are shown on ESPN+, while the games featuring Atletico Madrid and all of the other teams are also shown on ESPN+.

Competition Scheduling
La Liga has a schedule where most of the games are played back-to-back so you can watch LaLiga throughout the entire weekend. Kickoff times are typically:
- Fridays 2:45pm ET,
- Saturdays 7:30am ET, 10:15am ET, 12:30pm ET, 2:45pm ET
- Sundays 6:30am ET, 10:15am ET, 12:30pm ET, 2:45pm ET
- Mondays 2:30pm ET
Last but not least, the prestigious Copa del Rey competition is available on television usually across ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes.
The Spanish Supercopa competition continues to be available via ESPN Deportes over the last few years. The Supercopa pits the defending La Liga champions against the reigning Copa del Rey winners in a two-legged tie during the month of August every season.
Radio coverage
La Liga (and some second-tier Segunda División) content can also be found on TuneIn radio streaming.
Spanish cup competitions

When BeIN Sport is going to get La Liga back? I like to watch la liga I think I have to cut my cable now. cable company is going to loose a lot of guests. sorry but i will cut my service too,

Hi Joe, beIN SPORTS have lost the rights to LaLiga. ESPN+ is the exclusive broadcaster of LaLiga in the United States in both English and Spanish through 2029.

@Lou. ESPN FC is indeed very good. But is also very repetitive. While I heard extensively about the same topics, I did not hear anything about Lewandowski, or Matheus Cunha, or anything about soccer in SA and other European leagues. They show 5 goals over and over again and everything else is covered en passant.
It is a daily show, but it seems to me that it is worth watching it only 1x or 2x/week. What are the better days to watch it? Do they follow any sort of calendar to talk about specific competitions?

@RA, When you broadcast a show seven days a week, the content can get a tad repetitive at times due to the need of filling out an hour or so. I watch ESPN FC everyday and find it to be pretty comprehensive soccer coverage in that they touch on all the big ticket newsworthy items from the European leagues which is what I’m looking for. Their approach has changed over the years where in the past they would have “tactical sessions” with analysts such as Ale Moreno or Craig Burly standing next to a screen illustrating team formation strategies for a key upcoming match. They have a decent stable of analyst such as Julien Laurens, Gab Marcotti and Sid Lowe among others.

@Ra, to be fair I should mention they also discussed Ligue Un on Monday, but was only about the fan situation at Nice, not the league itself. So guess if something extraordinary happens they’ll cover.

@Ra, haven’t watched as much since they were taken off ESPN/ESPN2, but back then is was broad takes of EPL/UCL and any leagues they covered (before Serie A I believe so nothing)
Watched Monday and seems to be the same, with the inclusion of La Liga. Noticed zero Serie A talk (after a great 1st weekend of action!), so keeps with their ignore leagues they don’t cover mantra the company seems to always have (EPL excluded).
They did the same to NHL when losing that contract a decade ago.

I started watching ESPN FC this weekend.
On Tue, I was already finding it repetitive (Arsenal going downhill; the self loving, self kissing, narcissist; Mbappe transfer rumors; Ancelotti needing to make room for Vini, etc.). I have a question for those who have been following it – Is it always that repetitive? Do they also cover Libertadores and South American leagues? Are there specific days of the week when they talk about specific leagues or topics?
What are the best alternatives to ESPN FC? I’d like to find something with more variety, without hearing the same topics day in and day out.

I live in the US and used to watch La Liga Santander in beIn Sport for free. Now, in order to watch La Liga, I have to pay to ESPN to watch the games. This is unacceptable. You can take ESPN and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.

I get beIN In HD in Spanish on Comcast, but the SAP doesn’t work., so I can’t hear an English translation. On another channel I get beIN in English, but it’s not in HD. Can you get Comcast to fix the SAP?
