FC Dallas heads to Monterrey for the 2nd leg of the Rio Grande Plate up 2-0 on goals by virtue of a victory at Pizza Hut Park last week. If the Hoops score a goal, Tigres will need 4 goals to claim the title. The MLS side will be without superstar striker Carlos Ruiz, Robert Mina who is a member of Ecuador’s player pool (and was one of the final cuts from the World Cup team) , Former Man U midfielder Mark Wilson and Ronnie O’Brien the former Irish National Team regular. Mark Wilson! What a blast from the past that is. Has been performing well in the states?

FC Dallas will have tough time without Ruiz, Mina and O’Brien stimulating the attack in the rough heat and hostile atmosphere tonight.

I did not realize Ronnie O’Brien was in your stinking domestic league. He is a quality attacking player.
Mark Wilson was a major letdown at Old Tratford. He was highly touted by the club and even saw some first team action. He never developed and was sold to Crystal Palce or West Ham or someone like that and quickly faded from sight.
