World Soccer Talk launches customized newsletter experience

Following on the brand-new logo and website design that launched in February, World Soccer Talk is excited to announce major enhancements to its daily email newsletter. It includes a user-experience that is customized to soccer fans based on their favorite team and league.

Beginning this week, soccer fans who have subscribed to the free newsletter will get a completely different experience based on their interests. The enhancements include:

• A completely new and easier-to-read design
• Design enhancements such as a scarf to celebrate your favorite team*
• New articles and opinion pieces about your favorite league,
• Links to the TV and streaming schedule for your favorite league, and
• The option of a weekly email newsletter version

*Personalized content will be rolling out in the coming weeks, in order of demand.

Celebrating the world’s game

“As the number of choices to watch games has become more abundant, we’ve been enthused by the breadth of favorite teams that American soccer fans support from around the world,” said World Soccer Talk Publisher Christopher Harris. “This is truly the world’s game in more ways than one.”

Other features in the newsletter include links to the latest World Soccer Talk Podcast, which recently celebrated reaching the milestone of 1,400 episodes. The longest-running soccer podcast on the planet features two episodes per week. On Mondays, the podcast includes exclusive interviews with the celebrities bringing the game to your television sets and streaming devices. Thursdays, the podcast shares the latest opinions and news about all of the options to watch the Beautiful Game.

Of course, the newsletter also features the latest soccer news and analysis. For the full experience, you’ll want to continue visiting the World Soccer Talk website where we have expanded content as well as an incredible community of soccer fans like you who interact in the comments section.

If you’re already a subscriber to the newsletter but haven’t picked your favorite team or league, click on the ‘Manage User Preferences’ link at the bottom of your latest email to update your preferences. You can also choose the weekly option from there if you prefer.
